OBS.
The nasal sounds are produced by the flow of air entering the nasal cavity (the velum is lowered so the air escapes through the nose).
In the production of [m, n, ng] the airflow is stopped in the oral tract and the soft palate is lowered, so the airstream is free to flow out through the nose.
